Local Electrician in Mount Richon

Mount Richon sits on the western slope of the Darling Range, just a couple of kilometres from Armadale town centre. Much of the suburb was built between the 1960s and the 1990s, so we see plenty of ageing switchboards, older wiring and tired lighting that are ready for an upgrade. We are close by in Roleystone and regularly look after homes in Mount Richon (6112).

Common electrical jobs we do in Mount Richon:

Switchboard replacements and RCD upgrades
LED downlight and outdoor lighting upgrades
Hardwired, interconnected smoke alarms
Extra power points and USB outlets for modern living

Every job is done by David, a licensed electrician (EC 15388) with over 13 years’ experience. We turn up when we say we will, explain things in plain English and leave your home clean and tidy.

Electrical Services in Mount Richon

Home Electrician Services in Mount Richon WA 6112

From a single extra power point to a full switchboard upgrade, Daly & Co Electrical handles the everyday electrical work Mount Richon homes need, with upfront pricing, clear advice and a clean, tidy finish.

Switchboard Upgrades

Old ceramic fuses or a switchboard that keeps tripping? We replace outdated switchboards in Armadale and Kelmscott homes with modern circuit breakers and safety switches (RCDs), ready for air-conditioning, solar or an EV charger.

Smoke Alarm Installation

Mains-powered, interconnected smoke alarms installed to Australian Standards. In WA, compliant hardwired smoke alarms (less than 10 years old) are required before a home is sold or a new tenancy is signed.

RCD Testing & Compliance Checks

Selling or renting out your home? WA rental properties must have at least two RCDs protecting all power and lighting circuits. We test, install and provide the paperwork your agent or property manager needs.

Power Points, Lighting & Repairs

Extra power points, USB outlets, LED downlight upgrades, outdoor and garden lighting, and fault finding when something stops working. No job too small for local homeowners.

Ceiling Fan Installation

New ceiling fans installed and old ones replaced, including fans with lights, remotes and wall controllers. One of the most affordable ways to stay cool through a Perth summer.

Air-Conditioning Installation & Servicing

Split systems and reverse-cycle air-conditioners installed on their own dedicated circuit, plus servicing to keep them running efficiently and your power bills down.

Oven, Cooktop & Rangehood Installation

Hardwired ovens, induction and electric cooktops and rangehoods connected safely, whether you are renovating the kitchen or replacing an appliance that has died.

EV Charger Installation

Home EV chargers installed on a dedicated circuit, with a switchboard check first to make sure your home can handle the extra load.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David went above and beyond to fit in our job, that needed to be done in such a tight timeframe. He completed the work, installing new electrical panel, RCDs, smoke alarms and fixed lights, leaving no mess at a very reasonable price. Would definitely us him again Thanks David.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had need of an electrician to legally install some power points, lights and switches and exhaust fans in an extension we were completing. We engaged Daly and Co Electrical, to replace 3 circuit breakers with RCDs as our house was 32 years old, and then complete the electrical work required in the extension. David was extremely obliging, nothing was a problem to him and he completed everything within a very reasonable time. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending him for any electrical work you have need of. Thanking you, Doug Madden.
